Principle Integration Director
This position, located in our US headquarters in Chantilly, VA, manages a team of Field and Project Engineers to provide a professional requirement capture, project proposal and bid response function to the DM Inc business to enable growth into large project sales. Qualifications: BSc in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering and at least three years product development experience in a software or product engineering organization or equivalent. Experience in: translating requirements into design and implementation; preparing customer bid documentation; contract negotiation and assessment; and project management. Skills required: Experience in capital projects roll-out is essential; knowledge of CCTV solutions desirable; ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians; ability to guide and mentor team members and sales organization in company direction and methodology; ability to prioritize workload within a team, follow tasks through to delivery and completion; ability to communicate effectively across disciplines, specify requirements and report project status efficiently. Travel up to 25%.
