Technical Support Representative
Seeking a Technical Support Representative to work in our Chantilly, VA office. This help desk position will provide advanced telephone technical support for the Americas’ customers for our Digital Video Recorders. Ideal candidate will be a resourceful team player with strong communication, organization, computer and troubleshooting skills, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus. Desire knowledge of TCP/IP, DSL/cable modems and routers/firewalls. Network+ certification, CCTV cameras/recorders is a plus. Knowledge of Macintosh Computers and Operating System is highly desired. Must have the following:- Strong dedication to superior customer service, support, and satisfaction
- Strong professional communication skills with the customer
- Strong diagnostic and problem resolution skills (ability to think quickly on your feet)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of local area networks and PCs
Prefer the following:
- Knowledge of Macintosh Computers and Operating System
- Fluency in French to support our Canadian customers
- Fluency in Spanish to support our Latin America customers
- High School Diploma
- Some college or technical school preferred
- CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus
